Our Service Projects
Our club has made education and literacy a top priority within our local community. With the help of your donations, our fundraising efforts, and volunteers, our club has been able to implement a Little Free Library Program throughout the Visalia Community. To date, we have built, installed, and supplied books for nine Little Free Libraries, with many more planned for this year!

Soles 4 Souls Shoe Drive
Our club has made international service a priority as well. With the help of the public, Soles4Souls, County Center Rotary, Visalia Breakfast Rotary, and Sunset Rotary, we were able to collect and donate over 700 pairs of shoes for impoverished communities in Haiti.
Refresh the Restore
For this project, our club partnered with Habitat for Humanity and the Visalia Restore. Together, we worked to revamp the exterior of their building, helping to increase visibility and revitalize the space they use to serve the community.
Critter Creek Service Day
Our club has an ongoing partnership with Critter Creek Wildlife Station, a non-profit organization specializing in native wildlife and rehabilitation. We assist them with various projects, including enclosure building and maintenance, tree removal, and more.
Milkweed for the Monarchs
Monarch butterflies are now listed as an endangered species, largely due to habitat loss and global warming. Our club maintains a ~200 sqft pollinator garden, filled with Monarch butterfly's primary source of food and shelter, native narrowleaf milkweed!
Collaborating with fellow Rotary and Rotaract clubs helps us to tackle large-scale issues in our city and around the world. Sponsored by Visalia Rotary, Feeding Visalia is an annual event meant to help fight world hunger. This year, our clubs were able to collectively package 20,000 meals.
Downtown Visalia Clean Up
Littering has become quite an issue in some parts of Downtown Visalia. Our club has made a committment to aiding in the cleanup and beautification of our city. Join us around the community for cleanup on select weekend mornings.
